The prices for your products and services can change in function of the quantity or the date they are sold. To automatically use the correct price in your sales documents at all times, you can configure Price lists.
When importing products or services, the CSV file you will be importing needs to be in compliance with the template you downloaded through Sage Active. The CSV file needs to contain the correct information.
For availability or compliance reasons, you may decide to restrict the creation of orders, delivery notes, or invoices to specific products or services only.
If you are no longer selling a product or delivering a service and do not need to add it to any new order, delivery note and invoice, you can deactivate it.
When you create a product or service, this product or service can be deleted in case of error.
You can import products and services files to complete an existing database and thus avoid manual entries in the application.
