Cancelling your Sage Active subscription


You have the option to cancel your Sage Active subscription at any time should you decide to do so.

There are multiple ways to cancel your subscription:

    Send an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will deal with your request promptly and guide you through the process.
  • By phone: 069-50007-6262
    You can call our customer service team on 069-50007-6262. The team are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm to assist you with any questions that you have.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period for your Sage Active subscription is at least 30 days from the date that you request cancellation. Cancellation will then take effect on the next effective date as per your terms and conditions.
