Showing quotes over 7 days old and sending reminders

You can easily see a list of your pending quotes over 7 days old using Copilot Insights.

To see your quotes over 7 days old:

1. Open the Dashboard or Sales quotes list.

   Dashboard
   Sales > Sales quotes

2. Open the Copilot screen (Copilot Insights).
3. Choose the prompt View quotes over 7 days old if you have accessed Insights from the Dashboard. 

Copilot generates an overview of your quotes over 7 days old and a list of the 5 quotes with the highest amount.

You can select the quote number to navigate directly to the chosen quote. When there are more than 5 quotes over 7 days old, you can select View all quotes to open a filtered list of the quotes directly in Sage Active.

The prompt Send X reminders opens up a screen that allows you to send a customisable email reminder (with or without a PDF copy of the quote attached) to each of your customers.
