Using Copilot Insights to help manage your business

Sage Active allows you to use the Sage Copilot AI to enhance your decision making through the use of Insights.

Insights shows you relevant information, results, reports and more in relation to the screen you are using.

When Insights is available for a subject, you will see a button Insights at the top of the screen. This button opens a Copilot window, providing you with the available insights and where applicable a variety of selectable prompts to expand on the subject matter.

You can minimise or close the Copilot window without losing your insights. Once closed, you can reopen the window using the Copilot button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.  To refresh the information in the Copilot screen, you just need to use Insights again.

Sage Copilot uses generative AI and should be treated as such. You can consider it as a tool in your decision making, but it should not be the sole information you rely on.
