Customising PDF files for sales documents


You can customise the look of the documents created when you email your sales documents as PDF files to your customers.

To customise your PDF files:

  1. Access your documents settings:

    Setting > Company – Company management > Documents settings

  2. Upload a Company logo to appear on all of your documents.
  3. Choose if the content of the Description field from the products and services Basic information tab needs to appear on quotes.
  4. Add personalised introduction text for one or more document types.
  5. Choose a personalised footer text.
  6. Choose the colour scheme for each document type.
  7. Save the changes.
