You can customise the look of the documents created when you email your sales documents as PDF files to your customers.
To customise your PDF files:
- Access your documents settings:
Setting > Sales and purchases – Document preferences
- Upload a Business logo to appear on all of your documents.
- Choose if the content of the Description field from the products and services Basic information tab needs to appear on quotes.
- Add personalised introduction text for one or more document types.
- Choose a personalised footer text.
- Choose the colour scheme for each document type.
- Save the changes.
