Preventing modification of a sales document

When you want to prevent a sales document from being modified or transformed to another sales document, you can close it.

To close a sales document:

1. Access the sales documents list for the chosen document.

   Sales > Sales quotes
   Sales > Sales orders
   Sales > Sales delivery notes

2. Edit the document (  ).
3. Close the document Close using the top menu (  ).
