The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs transparency with regard to the people whose personal data you process.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Third parties have rights to their data and may ask you to erase it. In the event of non-compliance with this request, you expose yourself to sanctions.
To remove a third party’s personal data:
- Access the Third party list.
Third parties > Suppliers or Customers or Employees
- Select the third party you want to modify.
- Activate the removal at the top right-hand corner of the screen ( Delete personal information).
- Confirm the removal.
- Confirm.
The personal data is removed and:
- the third party is set to Inactive
- all the information except the Code is removed
- the third party can no longer be edited
- the third party is displayed with the status Anonymized
