Remove 2-factor authentication (2FA)


To enhance security for customers, 2FA is now mandatory in Sage products from 29 February 2024.

You cannot permanently remove 2FA from your account but you can remove or reset the device you authenticate with.

There may be instances where you need to remove and setup 2FA again.
