Creating a template for emailing PDF sales documents


To facilitate sending sales documents in a PDF format, you can create templates for the emails that are used for this purpose.

You can still modify these emails at the time of sending.

To create an email template:

  1. Access the settings for your business.

    Settings > Business – Business management

  2. Go to the Email settings tab.
  3. Choose if you want to receive a copy of each email sent or not.
  4. Choose a Subject and Message for your emails.
  5. Update the settings.
