Attach documents to existing journal entries in order to guarantee traceability, compliance but also to justify transactions.
Authorised document formats are:
- Word (doc, docx, rtf, etc.)
- Excel (xslx, xls, xlsm, slk, csv, etc.)
- PowerPoint (ppt)
- Outlook message
- Archive (zip)
- Text (txt)
- Image (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, svg, tif, tiff, psd, heic, heif, etc.)
- XML
To attach a document:
- Access the journal entries.
Accounting > Journal entries
- Select a Journal, a Fiscal year and a period to find the journal entry that you want to attach a document to.
The list of entries corresponding to the selection is displayed. - Edit the chosen entry ( ).
- Use the function .
- In the window that appears, add a document by dragging and dropping.
- Add a Title and if needed a Description.
- Add the document.
To see the documents you attached to the journal entry, use the
feature again.
