Searching journal entries

You can search for journal entries in Sage Active using either one or multiple filter boxes:

To search for entries:

  1. Access the journal entries.

    Accounting > Journal entries

  2. At the top, use the boxes Journal, Year, Period and date From/to to search for an entry.
  3. Refine your search using the filters in the list Filters.
    Each column displays an input/filter box.
  4. Type or select the items you are looking for in one or more boxes.

The list refreshes and displays only the items that match your search criteria.
