Exporting journal entries (Sage Despachos format)

You can easily export journal entries with all tax related info and send them to your accountant. You can perform this export any time you need.

To do this:

1. Access the export screen.

   Reports and exports > Exports – Export for tax consultant

2. Choose a Start date and End date for the information you want to export.
3. Generate the file.
4. Wait for the status of the grid line for your selection to show Completed.
5. Open the Consultation screen (  ).
6. Download your file (  ).

You now have an Excel file with your journal entries, ready for import in Sage Despachos.
